So maybe the CIA has a sense of humor after all? The official CIA panel to address the impact of WikiLeaks is called the "WikiLeaks Task Force," but around Langley, it's mainly known as "W.T.F."
The task force's main focus is to evaluate the immediate impact of the most recently released cables, and, in particular how this damage to the U.S. reputation for secret-keeping might hinder the CIA's ability to recruit spies.
Still, the irreverence of the WTF moniker could come from the CIA itself having been relatively unscathed by the scandal.
