A long-awaited Department of Justice inspector general's report on controversial Operation Fast and Furious exonerated Attorney General Eric Holder on Wednesday but condemned the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for compromising public safety by allowing guns to "walk" to Mexico.
