Californian Cindy Abbott, represents patients with Wegener’s Granulomatosis and is raising awareness for the Vasculitis Foundation, as well as for all people affected by rare diseases.

This year, Cindy will be plunging the depths of the ocean during a deep-sea dive for Rare Disease Day 2011 with NORD, the National Organization of Rare Diseases. Hear her uplifting story below.
